If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase services.

2. Coaching Services Disclaimer

Chrysalis Moments LLC provides identity and purpose coaching services.

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support personal development, mindset growth, and goal alignment.

Coaching services are not:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological counseling

  • Therapy

  • Psychiatric treatment

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

The Company is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, attorney, financial advisor, or medical professional.

If you require professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial services, you are responsible for seeking those services independently.

3. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching outcomes vary by individual.

  • Results depend on your effort, commitment, decisions, and circumstances.

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, income increases, relationship results, personal breakthroughs, or life changes.

You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.

4. Client Responsibility

You agree that you are fully responsible for:

  • Your physical, mental, and emotional well-being

  • Your decisions during and after coaching sessions

  • The implementation of any strategies discussed

The Company is not liable for any decisions you make as a result of coaching services.

5. Payment Terms

All coaching services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment secures your scheduled time.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the Company.

No refunds will be issued for completed coaching sessions.

Refund policies for coaching packages, if applicable, will be stated in the individual service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Chrysalis Moments LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Frameworks

  • Coaching exercises

  • Worksheets

  • Written content

  • Branding

  • Website copy

  • Digital resources

are the intellectual property of Chrysalis Moments LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

The Company will maintain confidentiality regarding client information shared during coaching sessions, except:

  • Where disclosure is required by law

  • If there is a threat of harm to self or others

  • If written permission is provided by the client

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chrysalis Moments LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income or opportunity

  • Emotional distress

  • Personal decisions or outcomes

Your use of this website and participation in coaching services is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

11. Modifications

Chrysalis Moments LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the Effective Date above.
