Hey, I’m Jannine. Founder of Chrysalis Moments.

I’m an identity and purpose coach, but more than that, I’m a woman who understands what it means to be reshaped by life and choose growth anyway.

Chrysalis Moments wasn’t born from inspiration.

It was born from rupture.

My Chrysalis Moment

There was a moment that split my life in two.

I had to make the decision to take my son off life support.

It was the most devastating and defining choice of my life.

My world shattered.

So did the version of me that existed before it.

That was my chrysalis moment .. a container I did not choose, but one that forced deep transformation.

In that season, I wasn’t just grieving.

I was being stripped.

Of certainty.

Of plans.

Of identity as I knew it.

And in the stillness of that container, God revealed something to me:

I was not just surviving.

I was being rebuilt.

He showed me who I was beneath roles, beneath expectations, beneath performance.

And He began to show me what I was called to do.

Chrysalis Moments was born from that understanding .. that life will press us into containers of transformation.

Whether through loss, transition, identity shifts, burnout, divorce, or seasons of deep internal change .. there are moments that demand we become someone new.

I’ve lived through mine.

And I’m equipped to help women navigate theirs.

Who I Am

I am multi-faceted on purpose.

Coach. Writer. Systems thinker. Creative. Mother. Poet. Woman of faith.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration & Management. I am a certified life coach. I understand systems, behavior, workflow, and performance.

But my greatest education came through reconstruction.

Empathy is my superpower.

Pattern recognition is my gift.

Alignment is my standard.

I don’t believe in shrinking to fit one title.

I believe in becoming.

I am strong .. but I am not stoic.

I laugh loudly. I love deeply.

I’m creative and analytical in the same breath.

Purple is my color.

Writing is therapy for me.

Motherhood reshaped me.

Faith sustains me.

I am still becoming, too.

What I Believe

I believe identity precedes purpose.

I believe self-mastery is non-negotiable.

I believe you cannot build a fulfilling life on top of unexamined beliefs.

I believe resistance is information, not failure.

I believe seasons of transition are invitations.

I believe faith and strategy belong in the same room.

And I believe clarity doesn’t arrive fully formed; it’s cultivated through courage and honest work.

What I Do

I help women confront themselves gently, but honestly.

I help her navigate identity shifts without losing herself in the process.

I help her untangle the beliefs that keep her anchored to survival mode.

I help her reframe the lens through which she sees herself and her life.

I don’t tell her who she is.

I help her dig.

I ask the questions she’s been avoiding.

I help her see patterns she didn’t notice.

I challenge narratives that no longer serve her.

And I walk alongside her while she does the work.

Because transformation isn’t hype.

It’s integration.

It’s mastery and alignment working together.

Not just embracing who she is, but positioning herself for what she is called to build.

Why I Do This Work

Because I know what it feels like to unravel and rebuild at the same time.

Because I wish someone had walked beside me in the beginning.

Because we are stronger (and often faster) together.

Because sometimes we don’t know what we don’t know until someone helps us see it.

And because obedience doesn’t always feel comfortable, but it always stretches us into who we’re meant to become.

Chrysalis Moments exists because I chose not to waste what life taught me.

And if you’re here, maybe you’re not meant to waste your becoming either.
