Hey, I’m Jannine, the founder of Chrysalis Moments – a coaching space for women ready to embrace who they truly are, reclaim their power, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Who I Am

I am the “Jannine of all trades” – a multi-faceted, multi-passionate faith- filled creative at heart who would rather do many things exceptionally well than to master one thing. I wear many hats – life coach, writer, creative, mother, poet, lover of laughter and all things purple—but at my core, I am someone who sees people. Empathy is my superpower, and helping women step into the fullest version of themselves is my purpose.

I have spent my life navigating transformation—through seasons of loss, resilience, healing, and self-discovery. My journey hasn’t been linear, but that’s what makes it beautiful. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration & Management, but my most valuable lessons have come from experience, faith, and the courage to keep becoming.

What I Do

I know what it’s like to question yourself. To feel stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming. To wonder if you’ve been called to something bigger but feel unsure of how to step into it. And I also know that clarity comes in the process, not before it.

That’s why I created Chrysalis Moments—to help women like you stop second-guessing, start owning your story, and move forward with confidence and alignment. Through my 1:1 coaching, breakthrough sessions, and transformational resources, I help women turn their pain into purpose, their struggles into strength, and their self-doubt into undeniable confidence.

Why I Do This Work

Because I know what it’s like to lose yourself.
To feel stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming.
To shrink yourself in rooms that weren’t meant to hold you.
To carry dreams that feel too big, too bold, or too risky.

But I also know that freedom is on the other side of fear.
That your story is your power.
That your purpose is waiting for you to grow into it.
